Country of Dust

An award-winning narrative podcast about life in a changing Armenia. Created and produced by Nyree Abrahamian, Jeremy Dalmas and Gohar Khachatryan. Listen here or wherever you get your podcasts.

Special Episode: Daughter of the Crying Man

An unexpected VHS in a Toronto basement leads to finding a branch of the family that has been lost for 60 years, and uncovering the last Armenian village still surviving in Turkey.

This documentary is adapted from an audio-only episode. After we finished it, we realized we had so much video footage and so many photos that we just had to turn it into a video.

“… colourful, detailed storytelling with an eye for a great yarn.”
